Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days (This does not include personalized items).
For personalized orders, the processing time may take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and volume of work, as all our products are fully customized. At the time of making your order, be sure to make it in advance. If you need it before, please send us a message with the date of your event to see if we can help you.
We use USPS for shipping services, and once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for tracking your package after shipment. It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information, as we are not liable for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS.
